I’ve been practicing wellness and health for many years. Some years I really struggled with..trying to find the right balance, taking supplements that worked and didn’t work for my body.
Now that I am a mom, what’s most important to me is my inner health- everything that goes in my body. I limit my coffee, alcohol, & soda intake. I watch my diet using MyFitnessPal. I also focus on my workout routine.
But today I want to take about my daily vitamins. Every morning at the same time, I line up these supplements to make sure I take them.
