Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie

What’s helped me stay on my diet are meals that can hit every taste bud. I usually crave foods but sometimes I crave sweets. Especially cookies! Nothin’ like a nice cookie to dip into milk!

But I’ve found a way where you can do that while dieting. If you count calories and macronutrients, then this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

You can always substitute ingredients, but here’s how I make the Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie:

Recipe for one serving

1. 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein

2. 1 tsp of Semi – Sweet Chocolate Chips

3. 40g of unsweetened instant oatmeal

4. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk- (split in two)

5. 2 tbsp brown sugar or Splenda for less carbohydrates

6. 2 egg whites

7. 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend the oats and whey protein together until you achieve a fine grain.

2. Add all of the ingredients together. Leave behind 1/2 cup of almond milk and chocolate chips.

3. Grease your small baking pan and pour in your mixture.

4. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture, and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

5. Let cool then add the rest of the almond milk.

Adding the milk at the end is like dunking your baked cookie into milk!

Enjoy!
